Matt Anderson, CEO

Matt brings more than a decade of logistics leadership to the Williams and Associates and the Transport USA team. His extensive experience with EOS has helped him develop a collaborative approach that promotes a strong culture of accountability and efficiency. Matt has a proven history of working with all types of supply chains to ensure every customer receives the greatest value possible through strong carrier relationships and advanced technology. He’s a tireless golfer striving to break 80 someday, who also enjoys a good bourbon and vacations on Amelia Island whenever possible.

Ryan Williams, Chief Relations Officer

Ryan is a third-generation Williams & Associates family leader. He brings extensive experience collaborating with partners in supply chain networks, finance, operations and IT, both internationally and domestically. He’s worked between freight carriers and customers to establish KPIs and develop carrier scorecards, as well as performing time-sensitive analyses to prioritize workload and identify risks to improve performance. Ryan is a sculpture and graphic design fine arts major and enjoys bringing his creative side to the transportation industry.

Lyn Pesta, President

With 28 years of experience at Williams & Associates, Lyn brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the Williams & Associates team. Whether working with freight payment, accounting, employee benefits, banking or any number of other responsibilities, Lyn offers clients customized, flexible solutions. She enjoys walking, hiking, biking, camping and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Dan Engesser, Director of Operations

Wes Jacobson, Director of Business Development

With more than 13 years in transportation and logistics, Wes brings a deep understanding of operations, carrier procurement, account management, and senior sales leadership. His background across operations and sales allows him to partner closely with customers, aligning their unique transportation needs with dependable, performance-driven solutions. Outside of work, Wes enjoys golfing, following Minnesota sports, and exploring local breweries.

Peter Nee, Vice President of IT Services

Peter works with clients and carriers to implement effective EDI solutions. He also supports all aspects of the IT infrastructure at Williams & Associates. His top priority is ensuring the Williams & Associates team has the tools and quality data to provide clients with an exceptional experience. Peter is an integral part of the leadership team at Williams & Associates as they strategize for the future.
