Invoicing Tips & Instructions:

•  Allow 7-10 business days for invoice visibility in our carrier portal. DO NOT RESUBMIT! This will only delay processing times.

•  When submitting an invoice as an attachment, carriers will receive only one email notification of receipt per day.

•  Access our carrier portal for payment inquiries at portal.waionline.com.  Short pay reasons can also be found on our portal.

•  If you need a password to our portal, please email us here.

•  Please ensure you have sent all the required documents (INVOICE, BOL, POD / DELIVERY RECEIPT, ALL OTHER RECEIPTS IF APPLICABLE) with your invoice submission in pdf format only.

•  All Audit questions can be emailed to this address. Please allow 24-hours for a response.

•  All EDI questions can be emailed to this address.
